Resolution is unique for three reasons:
Experience
Founder Amy Cox Gruendel’s 20+ year legal career provides both breadth and depth of knowledge in many practice areas. Additionally, Amy brings the perspectives and sensibilities of a big firm lawyer, a Legal Aid attorney, a solo practitioner, and an educator into each opportunity for Resolution.
Approach
Since its inception, Resolution has always been about more than settling cases. Though Resolution is proud of its success rate in helping parties come to agreement, the real measure of success is how those involved in the conflict feel about the resolution process at its completion. Resolution’s approach allows those involved in mediation and those using the collaborative law model to feel good about the resolution process.
Community Commitment
One third of every fee Resolution collects goes to support Pat’s Place and Safe Alliance. These agencies assist victims of abuse in the greater Charlotte area. Many of these victims are children. The incredible work these agencies do allows victims and their families to begin their own process of resolution. Through its fee donation program, Resolution is proud to enable its clients to do good through the resolution process.
